LezCruz is a primarily a social networking group addressing the needs of lesbians 40 or over and their friends who live in Santa Cruz, Monterey Counties and outlying areas.
The LezCruz Virtual Community was founded on September 28, 2007. In this forum one can inform, inquire and post information about social events as well as topics of practical, personal, professional, emotional and spiritual interest to members.
LezCruz proactively creates and organizes events for their members. These events are fun and are intended to be a safe and non-intimidating space for members to meet and and enjoy the company of those who share things in common. We respect diversity as well as celebrate our likeness. It is our sincerest intention to propagate friendships and goodwill.
LezCruz is an affiliate of The Diversity Center dedicated to advancing the causes and priorities of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and questioning (LGBTIQ) individuals and their allies in Santa Cruz County. The center has been serving the community for over 18 years.
